Q. Where are your products available to purchase?
A. Selected products are available to purchase directly through the Polder website. All products that do not have an Add to Cart option have a link to the Where to Buy page, which contains links to most of our major retailers' websites

Q. How can I return a product purchased through the Polder website?
A. Purchases made from our website may be returned to:

Please send all returns postage pre-paid with proof of purchase, reason for return and contact information where you can be reached in case there are any issues processing your refund.

Q. I purchased one of your products from another website. Can I return it to Polder for a refund?
A. If you have purchased our products through a retailer, catalog, or any other website besides this one, your purchase is subject to the return/exchange policy of the seller. If you wish to return it for a refund or make an exchange, you must arrange to return it to the retailer from which it was originally purchased.
Polder will not refund the purchase price to the consumer, nor will Polder pay shipping charges to return an item back to us. Only the retailer, catalog, or website from which you made the purchase can issue a cash or credit refund.

Q. Can I get replacement parts for my Polder item?
A. Often, but not always. Some parts are available for purchase through polder.com, others are subject to availability. Please contact consumer customer service at 800.431.2133 or email info@polder.com for more information.

Q. How do I know which replacement probe I need for my thermometer?
A. The following are thermometer model numbers matched up to their corresponding replacement probe model number:
Model 307 needs probe number 359
Models 362-90 or THM-362-86 need probe number 364B
Models 601-90, 602-90 or 746-90 need probe number 365
Model 894-90 needs probe number 366
Model 361 needs probe number 367
Model 895-90 needs probe number 368
Model 937 needs probe number 364.
Model THM-360 needs probe number 370.

Q. Can I use my probe thermometer in a smoker or barbeque?
A. We recommend using your thermometer only as an instant read under these conditions. When using the continuous read feature please note:
1. Be careful not to sever or damage the lead or probe with the cooker lid.
2. Do not expose the probe or lead to direct flames. Probes damaged due to misuse will not be replaced free of charge under warranty. (See your thermometer's instruction sheet to read your particular thermometer's warranty in full.)
3. Always wear a heat resistant glove when touching the metal probe or wire during or just after cooking. DO NOT TOUCH IT WITH BARE HANDS.

Q. How can I get a new copy of the operating / assembly instructions for my item?
A. Most instruction booklets are available for download via the Product Info link, on the left hand navigation bar. If you do not see your product's model number listed in this area, please call customer service at 800.431.2133 or email info@polder.com to obtain a new copy for your item.
